RS-1050 Lateral Raise/Rear Deltoid. This heavy duty lateral/rear delt machine is set up for standing and seated raises on opposing sides. Each arm of the machine is plate-loaded making it suitable for bilateral or iso-lateral training. The handles also allow for a natural movement path during the exercise.
